  7. Email Mentoring Requests • An email notification is sent to the selected mentor when a client submits an email mentoring request. • Email mentors will login through score.org to access the system and view their mentoring requests. 1 2

  19. How to Access Your Profile • From Email Mentoring System: • Place cursor over ‘Go to Volunteer Center’ and select ‘View My Profile’ • Click ‘Edit My Profile’ to Edit

  21. Adding A Profile Picture A profile picture will set your mentor profile out from the rest.

Email Mentoring - How It Works • Gmail scorevolunteer.org email accounts used for email mentoring • Notifications can be forwarded to your personal email account • No longer use WebITto enter Email Mentoring sessions, they will be entered in the new email mentoring system. • STILL USE WebIT for face-to-face mentoring requests • 3 years of historical data will be migrated to the email mentoring system (client data, client sessions) • Email mentoring requests must be responded to within 48 hours or they will be reassigned to another mentor. • Any data entered into the Email Mentoring system will be sent over to WebIT in a read-only format.

System Login Information • Username: scorevolunteer.org email address • Password: Will be set, but can be changed • Both will be created and sent to the email mentor and chapter admin prior to launch • Notifications sent to this email but can be forwarded to a personal email account • To sign up for a scorevolunteer.org account now? Send an email to help@score.org

  24. Mark Your Calendars • Planned “GO LIVE” date will be 10/22/2012 • On 10/21/2012 at 8:00PM email mentoring requests will stop being sent to WebIT and held in a queue • A few hours before launch date the email mentoring request queue will be released to the new Email Mentoring System
