  2. Voucher Printing • As the name suggests this report is used to take print of any voucher. • We don’t need any special rights on vouchers we are going to print. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  3. To start with this report from the main screen click on Reports From Menu Click on Reports then in sub menu click on Daily Summary to open the report Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Here is a blank form of Voucher Printing Lets start by taking a print of Journal Voucher of NYT-Ahmedabad Branch. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. We will start by entering search fields to do our search on. As for this example we are going to take print of Journal Voucher so we will start by selecting Voucher No First start by entering data against Voucher No NYT%%JV with this system will only display Journal Vouchers of NYT branch Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. Now we will give a date range so JV’s in that range only will show. We don’t need to see all JV’s 1/6/2013 to 5/6/2013 is our date range Now click on Add button to enter this filter details as we don’t need to add any more filters so click on Addbutton to display the data on the screen Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. All records matching our search criteria are shown on the screen Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. Select Voucher Printing from Print Type Select the voucher or vouchers you like to print and then click on Print button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. The Voucher is displayed on screen in printing format. It shows all the details about it. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. On top left corner the buttons for printing and export are displayed. To print click on printer button. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. A new dialog box opens which shows all the printers available. Select the one you like to give print on and then select number of copies page range and click on. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. To Export the voucher click on export button, a dialog box will open which will give us a list of various export formats. Select the one of your choice and click on Export button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. Lets take another example here we are going to enter full voucher number NYT-00383Purchse it’s a Purchase Order we created earlier. We don’t need to enter date or any other filter as we have full voucher number. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Voucher will be displayed in list if it exists in the system A voucher with same name was created in last year also its also displayed on the screen. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
