Angular Cheilitis Appearance: fissured, erythematous Location: commissure Tx: Antifungal (Nystatin Crema) Antifungal + corticosteriod (vytone, mycolog II) If Antifungals don’t work try “Triple Antibiotic Ointment” (OTC) In children, usually caused by staphylococcus not candidiasis
