Academics • Total degrees in CCM= BFA, BM, MA, MM, MFA, AD, DMA, DME, PhD • CCM’s drama program= BFA in Dramatic Performance • Areas of study: 100 total including: • Dramatic Performance, Dance (with Ballet Emphasis), Jazz Studies, Music Education, Musical Theatre, Theatre Design and Production, Opera, Music, etc.

Audition/Application Requirements • TWO contrasting monologues (CCM’s website lists monologue don’ts) • Classical (before 1910) • Contemporary • Should not exceed 5 minutes total • Need to bring Headshot/Resume to audition • Application, counselor’s UC College Prep form, one recommendation form, and transcript. • Applicants need to view CCM’s audition handbook for directions to know where, who, and what to send materials to

Notable Faculty • Rocco Dal Vera (book- Voice: Onstage and Off, vocal coachof Cincinnati Shakespeare Company and Tony-Award winning Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, chair of voice and speech department at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts) • Richard E. Hess- Recent directing credits at CCM include Anon(ymous) (ACCLAIM Award for Outstanding Production) Big Love,The Lady’s Not For Burning, Noises Off, Brigadoon (Cincinnati Entertainment Award (CEA) for Outstanding Musical), and Tony Kushner's Angels in America, Part One: Millennium Approaches (CEA for Ensemble Acting Performance). 10 Daytony Awards including Best Direction and Production • Robert Pavlovich (Award-winning theater actor, Big Easy Awards in Search and Destroy and Of Mice and Men)
