Religious Characteristics • SBNR tend to a high degree of spiritual experiences; for example many report strong feelings of awe and wonder • SBNR tend to have low involvement with religious institutions; for example very few are weekly worship attenders • SBNR show complex patterns on many religious beliefs and practices
