Implementation services for Implementing Westbury SMI Suite A typical three weeks consultancy engagement includes: • Westbury/HP/partner will perform onsite and or remote consultancy services for <CUSTOMER> so as to implement Westbury SMI Suite. These services apply to both one production as well as one non-production environment and include: • Installation • Business Objects XI r 3 • SMI Foundation (ETL application and SMI db) • Mapping • Ensuring that all the required SM fields are properly mapped to the SMI db • Ensuring that any newly mapped fields are properly labeled in Business Objects universes http://www.westbury-it.com/

  3. - Part 2 • Configuration • Setting up data connections and all settings in SMI Suite for the <CUSTOMER> environment • Defining the data load requirements and configuring SMI Foundation accordingly • Initial load of all <CUSTOMER> Service Manager data • Testing • Ensuring data loads run properly (initial load as well as partial loads) • Confirm that objects in universes are pulling correct data • Running the out of the box reports • Training • Administrator training (max 3 people) • Hands-on end user training (max 10 users) • Documentation of the SMI Suite implementation http://www.westbury-it.com/
