  1. A B Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of Lung: This 50 year-old female with multiple treated metastases from uveal melanoma developed a solitary left lung metastasis. Given her excellent performance status but limited life expectancy, she was referred for RFA. In the prone position, the nodule is identified (Arrow, A). The RFA electrode was placed directly into the tumor (B). Imaging one year after ablation demonstrates scarring alone in the previous tumor location (Arrow, C). Two years after ablation, she succumbed to her unrelenting hepatic metastases. C
