Club Requirements • Attendance • All meetings with 1 unexcused absence • Excused absences for exams. • By semester • Notify Vice President, Alex, of absence • Socials • Attend 2 socials per year • Fundraisers • Participate in 2 fundraisers per year • Community Service • Volunteer and record 10 hours of community service per year

From your Vice President: • We will not be doing newsletters! – check the website for more information and the calendar, as well as the Facebook page for updates etc. • Industry groups will be starting most likely the meeting following the Halloween meeting • Sign-in sheet- now on one sheet and initial under the day of the meeting/social • FIRST GOODSEARCH OF THE MONTH!!!!! • Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo • Go to www.goodsearch.cominstead of Google as a search engine. Then at the top, select log-in. • ppvma2011@gmail.com • Password: purdue2011 • Now, when you use the search, $.02 will go to the organization of the month, and we can see as a club how much we raised! • I will select a new charity every month so it will automatically go to it when you log in

Treasurer • Dues: $20 a year or $15 a semester • NEW EXTENDED DEADLINE: Due by the NEXT meeting (10/25) • Paid to Chelsea (President) today or Dessa (Treasurer) at the next meeting • If you need to make due payments at a separate time you can text me to meet me (all dues must be paid by 10/26 so I can get it into BOSO) • 1-765-776-0012

(Should last around 1.5-2.5 hours) • Need more members for November 13th • Always need at least 7 members • Reminder emails on Friday • Lilly Sale Preparation: • After November 8th meeting • Counts as 1 fundraising event • University kitchens to make puppy chow & other baked goods • Lilly Puppy Chow and Hot Chocolate Sale: • November 9th: From 9:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. • 2 hours = 1 fundraising event • Future Events: • Mackey Clean-ups after basketball games Next Clean-ups: October 23rd (This HOMECOMING weekend) and November 13th Lilly Hall Bake Sale: November 9th -Events on November 8th and 9th -Need at least 2 members at all times

Community Service/Work Experience Boo at the Zoothis Friday October 21 There is still room if you would like to sign up Please make sure to sign up for Community Action Day if you haven’t already (Talk to me after meeting for details) EVERYBODY needs to pick up a volunteer hour log sheet to keep track of your hours. Turn in to Charity when all 10 hours are completed. Must be signed by your supervisor in order for hours to count.
