  7. LED - Increasing Energy Saving through Conversion to LED lighting in public space On 16th - 18th of February, 2010 Eleonora Guseinovienė participated in the C4 Meeting in Rostock/Wismar. The presentation about the lighting situation in Lithuania, user's demands and demands on different environments (cities public places) was made and introduced by Eleonora Guseinoviene (C3.5). 23rd to 25th of March 2010 first know-how exchange seminar "Lighting Public Space - Creating Living Cities with efficient LED" was arranged in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The topics of the seminar were: to invite the market players for cluster-building; 1st know-how exchange seminar among universities; Light-fitting producers and municipalities, considered end-users; Establishment of an LED Academy, definition of common denominators (C3.1).

  8. LED - Increasing Energy Saving through Conversion to LED lighting in public space On 1-2 of June 2010 Eleonora Guseinovienė participated in Vilnius Summit (European Challenges - Regional Solutions: An Agenda for Jobs, Investments and Sustainable Growth), in both plenary sessions and more in-depth thematic interactive sessions in parallel throughout the two intensive conference days, this was mentioned in Summit 2010 Handbook, page 239. The "LED - Light in Public Space" project, investor's forum and the LED lighting products were publicized and mentioned as cooperation partners in Summit 2010 Handbook, pages: 92, 112. (C2.13) On 16-17 June 2010 Eleonora Guseinoviene participated in the third Meeting of the South Baltic Programme in Palanga with the aim to receive practical information about South Baltic Programme and to exchange ideas about underway projects and planned ones, to disseminate information about LED.

  9. LED - Increasing Energy Saving through Conversion to LED lighting in public space During reporting period 2 presentations in regular conference in Klaipeda were presented ("Comparable analysis of LED internet websites" as well as "Optimal grouping of LEDs"); they were printed in regular edition "Technological works in West Lithuania VII" 2010 ISSN 1822-4652, (432pages). 1 brochure (15 pages, 50 copies) was prepared for KHES.1 in Klaipeda (23-25 March 2010). 1 article in regular magazine "Science and technique" was printed. The analysis of best-practice examples of LED lighting in different environments of cities and regions was completed and is placed in website www.elektra-ku.lt (C4.3).

  10.
