This guide outlines alternative navigation methods for printing labels in TMS Shipments. Users can access documents directly from the TMS Shipments results screen and print labels efficiently. Alternate Navigation MethodsPrint Labels Any of the following navigation methods can be used in lieu of what was displayed in the Video Demonstration
Printing LabelsPage 1 of 7You have the ability to access Documents from the TMS Shipments results screen. Right click on the TMS Shipment ID link
Printing LabelsPage 3 of 7The Document page will appear Right click on the desired Document ID Note: Labels can only be accessed one at a time
Printing LabelsPage 4 of 7Once the desired Document ID is selected, SmartLinks will appear Select the option for View Content
Printing LabelsPage 5 of 7After View Content has been selected from the SmartLinks drop-down, you will be able to view and print the label associated with the selected Document ID Select the Printer Icon located below to print the Label. Note: If the bar located below disappears, you can move your mouse back to that area of the screen and it will bring the bar back into view.

Printing Labels – Another Alternative From the Document page, you also have the option of placing a checkmark next to the DocumentID of the label you would like to print and Click View Content Note: Labels can only be viewed and printed one at a time using this method. Printing the label and exiting the label would be the same as in the previous scenario.
