Sembrava solo un trauma cranico! • Anas, 7 anni: • In PS  tumefazione molle parietale sinistra + intenso dolore locale; • Trauma cranico 15 giorni prima senza sintomi associati; • EO neurologico ed esami ematici negativi; • TC cerebrale:”in sede extra-assiale parietale sinistra, area di osteolisi di 10 x 10 mm,margini netti, con • tumefazione delle parti molli extracraniche”. • GRANULOMA EOSINOFILO! • +++M, prognosi favorevole; • Granulomicontenentinumerose cellule di Langherans; • +++ossa (craniche),- linfonodi, polmoni,cute; • Curettagechirurgico (conferma istologica), radioterapia, steroidi locali. RM cerebrale:”formazione di 4x2,5 cm in sede parietale sinistra, su entrambi i versanti del tavolato cranico, a ridosso dell’area di osteolisi.”
