  3. Ziele • Man wollte nicht einen eShop nach dem Muster 0815 kreieren. • Man wollte bereits vor der online Stellung des eShops einen gewissen Bekanntheitsgrad im Markt erreicht haben. • Man wollte keine «Ramschprodukte» verkaufen sondern • innovative und intelligente Qualitätsprodukte

  4. Massnahmen • Damit diese Ziele erreicht werden konnten, wurden folgende Massnahmen konsequent umgesetzt: • Erschaffung einer Figur • Konsequente Einsetzung der Social Media

  5. Stellenausschreibung • Erstellung Stellenbeschrieb • Sichtung der eingereichten Bewerbungen mit den entsprechenden Lebensläufen • Zahlreiche Bewerbungsgespräche geführt • Anstellungsvertrag ausgearbeitet

  6. Dr. Devious ist eingestellt!

  7. Dr. Devious • Dr. Devious als Qualitätsbeauftragter liefert täglich neue Informationen aus seinem Laboratorium für I.I.Q.P. AG.

  8. Social Medien • Facebook • > 200 Freundehat I.I.Q.P AG (darunter Migros, etc.) • > 50 Freunde hat Dr. Devious • Twitter • 440 Following, 145 Followers • Blog • Wikipedia Eintrag (demnächst)
