  2. Introduction Most people believe that safe drinking water is a matter that doesn’t need to be cared for. They believe that they will always get clean water. Sure, the Municipal, Provincial, and Federal Governments all perform acts to insure that water is safely provided, but the water isn’t always provided as cleaned.

  3. A Story That Proves Intro Correct. In May, 2000 an event happened in the town of Walkerton. Stan, and Frank Kobel were employees of a water company, even though they had no formal training. The water soon became contaminated with a deadly bacteria, causing the people to have deadly infections such as Bloody Diarrhea. Later Stan received one year in jail an Frank got 9 months of house arrest.

The Federal, Municipal, And Provincial are all included in this topic. • Federal and Provincial preformed the same act .They make rules and regulations about what you are allowed to do and what you are not allowed to do with a lake. 2. The Municipal Government cleans the water and supplies it to homes. They also take the sewer water, clean it, and return it to the lake.
