  3. This is a story beneficial to everyone. Marty is “one in million”. In other words, there are not many people like him. He is very clumsy because of his muscle disease. The doctor cut out a piece of muscle from his leg for tests, but no one could give his disease a name. Marty is very outgoing and has learned to adapt to his disability. He has a lot of problems. For example, he always gets out ofbreath after running a short way. Fortunately his fellow students have accepted him. The few who can’t see him inside do not make him annoyed.All in all, he has a good life. His ambitionis to work for a firm that develops computer software. So he has a very busy life with no time to sit around. As well as going out with his friends, he spends a lot of time with his pets . In many ways his disability has helped him grow stronger psychologically. He wants to tell one thing to the healthy children: Don’t make fun ofthe disabled. Accept them and give them encouragement.   22. There was a time when children with mental disabilities were prevented from living a normal life in many ways. They used to sit around in their own homes after being educated in special schools. Other people sometimes make fun of them. But now things are changing. There are suitable programmes for young people with disabilities, which are very beneficial. Students like Xie Lei, mentally disabled from birth, now have a chance to become athletes. But it is not easy for him. He has to adapt to training programmes as well as mixing with other able-bodied athletes. “Xie Lei’s confidence has grown,” said his father. “He looks much better and is not so often out of breath after his training. All in all, his mother and I are very happy with his progress.” With the encouragement of his parents, Xie Lei becomes part of the mainstream instead of cutting out mainstream activites. In other words he is leading Lei is leading a colorful life like his fellow students. Round five
