Transforming Fitness: How Changing My Running Strategy Improved My Results

In my journey to lose weight, I initially focused on running for time, which resulted in stress and constant frustration, ultimately leading to weight gain. After realizing that this strategy wasn't effective, I shifted to running for distance, allowing me to enjoy the process by listening to music. This new approach turned every run into a positive experience. Gradually, I burned fat and lost weight without the burden of stress, proving that a change in strategy can lead to success and better results.
