It generates both employment and revenues to the nation. But its existence is being challenged by people-related problems such as lack of supply and high attrition, among others. This course is therefore designed so that BPO HR practitioners would be more equipped with appropriate tools and techniques to manage and motivate human capital within the BPO context.
