Overview of the UEI Continual Evaluation Phase for the Air Force Inspection System

This document outlines the objectives and components of the Continual Evaluation Phase under the Unit Effectiveness Inspection (UEI) framework as mandated by AFI 90-201. It aims to validate and verify a unit's Comprehensive Command Inspection Program (CCIP) for its accuracy and effectiveness, offering commanders an independent assessment of resource management, leadership, and mission execution. The evaluation involves both on-site and virtual visits from MAJCOM inspectors and collects data over a 24-month period for inclusion in the overall capstone report.
