WHAT IS CLASS A POWER QUALITY ANALYZER? • As per IEC 61000-4-30, this class is used where • Precise Measurements are necessary • Resolving disputes with the Electricity Supply Companies • Data of two meters is to be compared. • The basic measurement time interval for parameter magnitudes (supply voltage, harmonics, interharmonics and unbalance) shall be a 10-cycle time interval for a 50 Hz power system or a 12-cycle time interval for a 60 Hz power system. www.messungelectricalengineering.com
