GSRS Rating • The maximum rating a supplier can get is 100 points. These 100 points are split over 5 measurement elements and the maximum scores: • Quality 30 points, • Delivery 25 points, • Cost 15 points, • Responsiveness 15 points, • Innovation 15 points. • The sum of the 5 elements will be between 0 and 100 points. We have created 3 groups (red, yellow and green) to easily indicate, which suppliers are performing well and which are not-performing: • Score < 60 will be red • 60 ≥ Score < 80 will be yellow • Score ≥ 80 will be green
1 Scoring criteria for GSRS: DELIVERY The maximum score for Delivery is 25 points. Remark: In principle measurement in CLIP
2 Scoring criteria for GSRS: Quality(1) The maximum score for Quality is 30 points. • For Quality the suppliers (Order to suppliers) will be divided in one of the 5 groups: • Component commodities • Key components • EMS / CMS • OEM simple (Original Equipment Manufacturer) • ODM / OEM (Original Design Manufacturer, Original Equipment Manufacturer) • The Quality measurement is build-up from one or two out of the 3 sub-criteria: • FRR/FCR (Field return) • MQA (Manufacturing quality assurance …, include “fall off rate” in the line, final assembly test “fall-off rate” and reliability test “fall-off rate”), at suppliers mfg sites • FOR (“fall-off rate”), at mfg sites defined by Philips (EMS/CMS or in-house) Detailed points breakdown per sub-criteria is taken place outside GSRS. (for CL contact Shirley Lim, H contact Berend Potse, Li contact Cynthia Koens) • Philips Healthcare will score only on Component commodities. • Philips Lighting harmonization is not yet concluded. (status March 2008)
Scoring criteria for GSRS: Quality(2) • Penalties • In case of severe damage due to the supplier penalties for bad performance can be given. We have two sub-criteria for penalties: • MQC (Major Quality Complaint) • TTF (Time to Fix) *Severity Classification of Major Quality Complaints Class A - Epidemic Defects, Safety and Banned Substances violations, Product recall Class B - Shipment Impound, Line Stoppages Class C – Mat’l QA rejects above Quality agreement level - requiring rework Time To Fix (TTF) Not meeting stipulated Time To Fix (TTF) requirement = -10 points/ per case (time from issue of 8D) In case of Class A, the points will remain for 3 months
3 Scoring criteria for GSRS: Cost/TCO(1) The maximum score for cost is 15 points. These 15 points are divided over 3 questions. 3.1
4 Scoring criteria for GSRS:RESPONSIVENESS(1) The maximum score for responsiveness is 15 points. These 15 points are divided over 3 questions. The questions covering Changes and Relationship. Per Question 5 points are available to indicate the performance of the supplier: 4.1
