Fingerprint receipt will have a UEID number (used for finding the transaction) Receiving a receipt does not mean the Record is “Clear”

18. ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS When getting fingerprinted, applicants will need to provide proof of identification. The full list can be viewed on the DPS website at http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/administration/crime_records/docs/ProveIdForFingerprinting.pdf Examples of acceptable documentation include: Driver’s License Driver’s License Permit State or Federal ID Card Passport Permanent Resident Card All documents must be current and valid.

FACT CLEARINGHOUSE There are two ways to find applicants in the clearinghouse Worklists Worklists are lists of applicants that fall into specific categories. **An applicant can be on multiple worklists at the same time if they meet the criteria of both lists. Search FACT Clearinghouse Using Name and DOB, Driver’s License Number, or other identifies you can search all applicants within your applicant group type to find specific individuals.

32. DISABLING/ENABLING SUBSCRIPTIONS Step 1. Go to the Applicant Detail page of the applicant you wish to unsubscribe/subscribe to. Step 2. Click ‘Manage this Record’s Subscription’ under the “What would you like to do?” section.

41. NOTIFICATION SETTINGS On the FACT Clearinghouse page, you can select “Notification Settings” which will take you to the notifications page where you can select the types of notifications each user will receive.
