  3. NH Local Energy Work Group To provide collaborative guidance and technical support to Local Energy Committees/Commissions (LEC’s), municipalities, schools, and other political subdivisions seeking to reduce energy use, minimize energy costs, and/or reduce fossil-fuel consumption.
