Small Arms Defense Technology and Industrial Base are in Decline Due to Changing National Priorities Downsizing and Restructuring of Defense Industry and Government Lost Voice in Defense Budget and Other Councils Gun Control Lobby/Advocates threatening Commercial Markets Our Military Requires the Very Best Weapons and Ammunition to Discourage Military Confrontations Overmatch Adversaries When Conflicts Occur Meet the Threat of Terrorism A Mechanism is Required to Stop the Downward Spiral !!! The CSAP and Government have determined a National Small Arms Center is that Mechanism!!!
