  1. Bonanza Healthcare Mobile Application -Features

  2. Log on to Google Play. Search for Bonanza Health Care and Click on it. Install Bonanza Health Care App.

  3. Login Screen – Bonanza Health App Enter your 8 Digit User Id here. Enter your Password here. Note - Passwords are Case Sensitive and should be entered in the right format. Users can change the password once he / she logs into the application.

  4. Home Screen This is the main home screen page of the Application. This Screen contains all the widgets and links to help the user manage their health in the most efficient way.

  5. Icons on Home Screen SOS button for Emergency. This is the SOS or a distress button, which is located in the top right corner of the screen. Users must first input the numbers to be contacted in case of emergency. Users can input the emergency numbers in the Personal Details section of the application. When clicked, the system will send message and calls to all the numbers registered in Emergency Number Field. This is the notification button. All the Notificationsreceived will be visible here in Global Notifications Users can use this button to book their appointments by recording their requirement. This is the search box. Users can use this box to search anything within the application using this box. Users can use this button for doing video conferencing with their doctors. Note, this feature needs a good 3G or a 4G connection and is currently under Beta Stage.

  6. Personal Profile Click here to Edit your Profile • This section contains personal details of the members. • Members are requested to fill in their personal details in this section. • To edit or modify the details of this section, please use the edit profile button on the top right.

  7. Medical Profile • This section contains the medical profile of each members. • Users can add, view and edit their medical history in this section by clicking on the edit button under the actions section. • It is important to update your medical profile on a regular basis, if there are any new information.

  8. Print Health Card • Users can find the soft copy of their health card in this section. • To download or print the health card, click on the print button. • Please note, the downloaded health card gets saved in the download section of your mobile phone.

  9. Medical Reports – Personal Health Records • Users can use this section to upload and manage their digital health records. • To upload reports, please click on the “upload reports” link and fill in the required fields. If you have a soft copy of your reports, you can upload the same by clicking on the choose file option. • If you do not have soft copy of your reports, use the choose file option and click on the camera button by upload reports by clicking photos of your reports. Please give proper titles to your reports so that it gets easier for you to search at a later stage. • Every User gets 1 GB free space to upload and store their reports. • Users can upload jpeg, doc, pdf and mp4 files in this section. • Once uploaded these reports can be shared with others using the email and download function.

SCHEDULE AN APPOIMTMENT Book An Appointment • Users can book appointments for diagnostic tests in this section. • To book an appointment, fill in the details and press the submit button. • Users can also upload their prescription or test request paper given by the doctor in the choose file section by clicking a photograph and attaching the same through the app. • Users can also choose the mode, through which he / she wants to receive the confirmation of the appointment booked. • For further communication with Bonanza Health Care regarding appointments, users have to mention the booking id for reference.

  11. Appointments Users can click on this link to make new appointments. Edit Button View Details of Appointment • Users can view their scheduled and past appointments in this section. • Users can also view, edit, reschedule or cancel their upcoming appointments by clicking on the edit button.

  12. Find An Affiliate • Users can view, search and access details of all the affiliated diagnostic centre’s of Bonanza Health Care in this section. • To find a nearest affiliation center, select options from the drop down list, select city and the area of your preference. And the available list of that area and city is displayed. • Once you use this option, to come back to the main dashboard, please use the back button of your mobile phone.

  13. Family Details • Users can view, add, edit and print the health card of the family members attached to their membership id. • Before using the print health card option mentioned earlier, users must first fill in all the details and upload photograph of the respective members. • To upload photographs, users should use the camera functionality provided in the application, if he / she does not have their photography readily available with them. Alternately they can also upload the photograph from the gallery section of their mobile phone. • Users can print health card from this section also.

  14. Health Calculators • This section contains various health calculators for users daily use.

  15. Medicine Scheduler Do you forget to take your pills on time? With Medicine Scheduler users can keep a track of all their medicines and never forget to take them on time.

  16. Using Medicine Scheduler Add Medications • Users can schedule medicines by clicking on the time of the day mentioned. • Once the user selects the period of the day, he can then add other details like name, duration, quantity etc in this section. • Notification for more Medications can be added by clicking +sign available.

  17. Book an appointment by recording an audio message. Users can also use this feature to book appointments. To book appointment by recording an audio message, users have to click and press the red button and record their message. Note, do not lift your finger from the red button till the time you finish recording your message. Once the message has been recorded, it will be automatically send to the Bonanza Health care administrator and help desk Users can view their Previous messages / Recordings by clicking On the explore button.

  18. Click Here E-Hospital • Users can connect with their doctors in case Of emergency through the video conferencing facility provided in this section. • To share live video / broad cast of the patient, click on the video button on the top right corner. • Enter the email id and the mobile number of the doctor with whom you want to share the video and click on the send button. • Doctors can click on the link and access the live video of the patient. • Do note – to use this feature the sender and the receiver has to be in a 3G, 4G or a wi-fi network. • If the doctor is using an i-phone or an ipad to access he has to download and install flv player first before he can receive life broadcast feeds.
