RESOURCES: Revolving fund that reinvests revenues from possible sources including: City and County property tax base (Synthetic TIF) Land sale and lease proceeds Retired economic development incentives General Fund and Enterprise Fund contributions Leveraged public investments (DOT/HUD/EPA, CDBG, HTF)
