My Purpose • To encourage and help managers to bring beneficial change by supporting their learning, so they can be better managers, improving both business performance and their own personal fulfilment. • To help people learn and to change - whether the requirements are in service improvement, cost reduction, or in people development (teams or individuals). • To use practical and pragmatic knowledge applications, (i.e. what will work).
