Enter the Vehicle Register No, now the system will pickup all the relevant details about the vehicle. (cashier)2. Enter NOC detail of vehicle (clerk)3. Approve NOC details of vehicle. (officer)4. Print the NOC certificate. (print operator)

  42. Procedure for Cancellation of NOC:The steps to cancel the NOC is as followsIf the Vehicle detail is not exist in the database, then go for Backlog entry.1. Enter Vehicle Registration Number Now the software would shows the Vehicle Details as well as NOC Details of the Vehicle. (clerk)2. Enter following cancellation Details of NOC, (clerk) Date of Cancellation File Reference No Reason Canceling Authority Approved By3. Press the Save button to cancel the NOC. (officer)

Work Flow for Cancellation of NOC Enter the Vehicle Registration No , the software will show you the Existing NOC Details Enter the Cancellation of NOC details like Date of Cancellation, File Ref No, Cancellation Authority, Approved by RTO or DTO or others, Reason Clerk If the Veh Detail is not existing in the Database then go for Backlog Entry Public Backlog Entry Operator Get Approval from the Approver (Transport Authority) Print Cancellation of NOC After Get the Approval, Enter the NOC Details of the Vehicle Issuing of NOC Cancelled SDM
