HPV Immunisation Programme for Year 8 Girls at Cathedral School

Cathedral School is hosting an HPV immunisation programme for Year 8 girls on Monday, October 10, 2011, and again on Monday, November 21, 2011. A mop-up session is scheduled for January 16, 2012, for any missed injections. To ensure your participation, please complete the consent form and return it to Mrs. Scholey or the Attendance Office. This vaccination is an essential step in protecting against cervical cancer, empowering our students to believe, achieve, and succeed in their health.
