  7. Signing - In • Enter your User Name and Password andchoose Submit

  9. Travel Arranger Functionality If you are a Travel Arranger, select traveler name from pull-down menu on top left of screen.

  14. My Account cont’d Examples of updating My Account data to: • Change password • Update personal information • Note that * denotes a mandatory field

  15. My Trips • Click View next to a trip to review a trip's details. • Upcoming trips • Past trips • Cancelled trips • Modifications to existing trips are accessed through View My Trips • Select upgrades (if applicable) on AA and UA via My Trips • Set up Flight Alerts for email notification

  16. Add / Modify Requests • Modify Reservations • Add or Modify Seat Requests • Add Hotel or Car to existing Air only reservations

  17. Canceling Trips Online You can cancel unticketed reservations online by accessing My Trips, then select Cancel Trip, then select check box and choose Cancel Trip Now

  18. My Templates You can create templates for frequently traveled itineraries. Once the template is saved, you my open it to input new travel dates and continue with the reservation with less keystrokes Global Templates are created for use of all Farnsworth travelers. They can be acquired by inputting the template name.

  20. Step 2:Booking Your Trip

  21. Begin Search The availability search will default to air, hotel, and car Click on Find City/Airport to check the 3 letter code Interactive Calendar appears when mouse is in the date field Search by Schedule or Price (defaults to Price) Click on Begin Search to check flights

  22. Shop By Price Fare Matrix displays on top of page Outbound flights appear below matrix Click on any column to view flights for that carrier Click Select to choose your departing flight noting company preferences Modify Search allows you to change your search options

  24. Select your return flight • Select Flight or • Option to Search by Schedule

Reserve Seats • Seat maps are automatically shown once flight options are selected if pre-reserved seats are available • Use Scroll to front or Scroll to rear to navigate the seat map • Choose a seat by clicking on the appropriate seat icon, noting that the premium seats are reserved for premium frequent flyers • Click Reserve Seat and choose a seat on your next flight

  26. Hotel Search • Hotel Search is automatically shown after seat maps • You may search for hotelsby • Location • Airport • City • Address • Reference Point • Postal Code • Note default search is 5 miles from location type specified • Chain • Hotel Name

  28. Hotel Selection • Sort by: • Company Preferred • Hotel Name • Approx. Rate • Distance • View hotels on a Map in relation to each other • Check hotel description and amenities • View more photos • Driving directions • Hotel cancellation policy • View more hotels • Check rates

  30. Hotel Room Selection Review room types and rates then click Select to choose your room type/rate Select Rules for rate and guarantee information

  32. Car Search • Car Search is automatically shown after hotel • Search for rental cars • At the airport • Off the airport • Click Express Booking to bypass car individual car selection • Click Search Cars to view a list of available cars

  33. Car Selection • Sort cars by • Rental Agency • Mileage Rate • Preference • Price • Total Price is Displayed • Click Select to choose your car

  34. Review Trip Review Trip allows you to review and make changes to your itinerary Click Modify or Remove if you want to change an option Review Airfare Details and Cost Breakdowns as appropriate

  35. Passenger Information • Review and change Passenger Information which is based on information and settings from My Account • Note that fields markedwith a “*”are mandatory • Option to place reservation on Hold or save as template • Click Continue to proceed

  36. Purchasing Information • Review Purchasing Information which is based on information and settings from My Account • Ensure the Payment Information is complete for air

  37. Purchasing Information cont’d Ensure Payment information for Hotels is correct. Additional Email Confirmations may be sent to co-workers, spouse, etc. Update Instant Purchase Carriers, Department Code as applicable Purchasing Information

  38. Purchasing Information cont’d Update Trip Objective, Tickets on File, Misc Trip Info as applicable Special Requests section to add comments for Suzi Davis Travel agents to action Click Purchase Trip Warning message appears, click OK

  39. Reservation Complete Ticket restrictions appear at the top page message area Suzi Davis Travel will issue your ticket and send you an email confirmation Print or download to your calendar or access Virtually There

Reservation Complete cont’d Any trip can be saved as a Trip Template to make it quick and easy to re-book the same air, hotel, and car options in the future (also available on the Review Trip page) Arrangers can easily book the same trip for other travelers by clicking on Duplicate Trip after entering the name of the traveler they arrange travel for Logout if you are finished with your travel arrangements
