  2. Mike Elmore is a dynamic professional with diverse experiences. He grew up in an Air Force family that traveled constantly throughout his childhood. He moved with his family and lived in Arkansas, Washington D.C., Germany, and Illinois. He had a great time with his elder brother who is his only sibling. Growing in an Air Force family has inspired Mike's life in many ways and motivated him to join U.S. Air Force. As a Captain, he directed Military construction program and was a lead engineer for some of the important projects headed by the US Army Corps of Engineer for a heavy construction unit. While working in the U.S. Air Force, he was chosen Military leader for multiple military functions including Bare Base setup, deployment exercise teams, air shows, and F-16 crash response. Besides being a lead programmer for Civil Engineering Squadron, he developed Anti-terrorism and Force Protection Program.

  3. After working for the Air Force for almost six years, Mike Elmore joined D.L. Withers, Phoenix, Arizona as an Assistant Project Manager where he provided assistant management services for both industrial and commercial developments. Later on, he also worked with Montalbano Homes and RED Development. In 2008, he joined Bade Companies as Operations and Project Manager and conducted engineering and architectural plan reviews to determine construct ability and cost efficiency in project designs. After working with Honeywell Technology Solutions for a considerable time, now he is working with CH2MHill and E2 Consulting, a prestigious company as a project manager.

Mike Elmore attended Belleville East High School, Belleville Illinois, which is a prestigious school, After graduating from the high school in 1993, he enrolled in University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, for a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Degree. He graduated in 1998 and was commissioned as an Air Force Officer through Air Force ROTC. He completed Masters of Science in Engineering in 2003 from University of Alabama and attended Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright Patterson AFB for multiple Engineering and Management training certificates. He received his EIT Designation in 2003. In school, Mike developed interest in various sports and started participating in tennis, golf, etc. He likes road biking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, hiking, grilling, and many adventurous water sports. His other hobbies include watching sports on TV or live and listening to music.
