TRAINING (part 1): • Lean Manufacturing: • Denmark developed the Lean graphic media concept • Practical for SME’s • Lean is a method to elimate waste • Lean manufacturing is aimed at optimizing efficiency • Transfer this concept to Europe & translate into course • Bottom up training of employees • Immediate implementation in participating countries
