Basic definitions • SEQUENCE Is a collection of commands and their parameters, i.e. commands store • RASTER A basic unit of science operations which define a set of one or more exposures interleaved with fine mirror movements, except in the case of “sit and stare” • LINE LIST A collection of hardware and software window parameters, each software window defines at least one spectral line  • STUDY A collection of one or more rasters
