  2. Forms and Important Information • All forms and important information can be found on the BES website • Go to “Student News” tab at the top, then click “5th Grade AstroCamp” • Please print forms and turn in on designated dates – DO NOT TURN INTO THE FRONT OFFICE

Monday, October 1st: Interest Slip + cash deposit due Table at the front of school at 8:30am & 3:00pm Chaperone Questionnaire due Friday, October 5th: Chaperone deposit due Important Dates to Remember • Friday, January 11th: • Remaining balance due • Table at the front of school at 8:30am & 3:00pm • Week of October 1st: • Chaperones randomly selected in lottery and notified • Wednesday, Mar 27 – • Friday, Mar 29, 2013 • AstroCamp!

  4. Transportation • There will be no formal transportation to and from AstroCamp • Parents are welcome to organize carpools • Camp begins at 12:00pm on Wed, 3/27 • Camp ends at 1:00pm on Fri, 3/29

  5. Remember… • This is a parent-organized event during Spring Break; BES is not affiliated in any way • We are organizing this trip for our kids; they are the #1 priority • Please do not drop off forms or tuition in the Front Office; contact Teresa Moreno or Jodie Mueller with questions • No refunds • No formal transportation
