  2. Instructional organization in which two or more teachers pool their resources, interests, expertise, and knowledge of students and take joint responsibility for meeting a significant part of the instructional needs of the same group of students.

  3. Interdisciplinary teams are made up of teachers from different subject areas who plan and conduct instruction for particular groups of students.
