  3. 8th NRG meeting: agenda • The Dynamic Action Plan and Action Areas • “the new action plan” • The Dynamic Action Plan: schedule for implementation and evolution of the NRG • NRG structure, process for nomination of the NRG, operational level of the action plan

  4. 8th NRG meeting: 27 countries • 27 countries participated: • 13 EU Member States • 9 New Member States • Observers: Israël, Norway and Russia • New Observers: Romania and Turkey

  5. 8th NRG meeting: Conclusions • Confirmation of the highly successful MINERVA-project • Lund principles are still valid • Dynamic Action Plan (DAP) = successor of Lund Action Plan (content, responsibilities, action areas, operational actions) • New NRG (nomination, role and responsibilities) • Support of the principle of the European Digital Library • Relations between DAP and eContentplus programme • Long-term sustainability

  6. 8th NRG meeting: progress • Revision of the Lund Principles and the Lund Action Plan has been carried on • Cooperation with external experts and European projects as well as new countries has been reinforced • Dissemination was a heading • Diffusion of publications was continued • Cooperation with spin-off projects: MICHAEL, EURIDICE • Measuring impact: EGMUS • Heightening work realized by WGs
