  4. Tuition Assistance Program Basics • $250/credit hour (max $4500/year) • Current Bus College Mil-rate is $250/hour • At present, for profit University Cash Cow… questionable degrees • MOUs with on-base colleges a challenge IMAGINE> BELIEVE > CREATE

Masters Degree and TA • Visit to Vance AFB – Dec 10 • Small turn-out (7 – 8 officers), but… • 5 enrollees to date • Visit to Altus AFB – Apr 11 • Expect large crowd • Pursuing 2 to 4 full time students for Fall 11 • Leverage success to establish formal/recurring program • Work with AF Academy for other formal programs IMAGINE> BELIEVE > CREATE
