  1. Brighton and Hove Integrated Word. A quick guide on how to join the Group.

Joining the Group • You will need to make sure that your organisation is running the latest version of Microsoft Word (2010 onwards). • The membership of the group is automatic you will not need to have an invite. • This group is for Brighton and Hove TPP SystmOne Users only as many of the community referrals will be local.

  3. Go to Setup > Users & Policy > Organisation Groups – See below

  4. The Groups screen may take a minute or two to load, after it has loaded you will need to scroll through the column on the left hand side until you see a folder called Brighton and Hove City PCT (Trust Group). Expand this folder and you should see 3 options, one will be in Bold typeface called Brighton and Hove Integrated Word See below

  5. Once you have the correct group selected press the Join Group button near the top left of your screen. This will now make any templates/letters that have been published to this group available for use at your site. It is important that you check documents that you use to make sure that the information contained within the merge fields matches your clinical policy. Please remember that this is a collaborative group of SystmOne users in Brighton and Hove it is not run or administrated by BHCCG. All members of this group can publish their own templates to this group so that work can be shared to the benefit of all.
