  2. How to sign up: http://www.conejousd.org/whs/counseling.aspx Click “Naviance” on left User name = email address Registration/Password = student ID # Keep your password the same as ID#! Note: Use your own email address—we suggest using one, professional email address for all of your college apps What you can do: Personality Inventory College SuperMatch Sign up for College Visits Search for scholarships Research college admissions requirements Keep a list of prospective schools Print forms (e.g. transcript requests)… NAVIANCE

Private/Out of State Application Instructions for: NAVIANCE When you are ready to request counselor letter of rec and/or transcripts, you must: • Log in to Naviance • Read the Welcome Message • Click on “Document Library” • Click on “College Forms” • Print the checklist, forms and instructions • Sign the FERPA on commonapp.org (if applicable) • Match Common App to Naviance (if applicable) • Complete all items on the checklist • Request counseling appointment • Bring the checklist and all required documents to the meeting NAVIANCE MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR COLLEGE COUNSELING APPOINTMENT!

  12. Counselor Appointment Information All materials must be submitted in person after Naviance is complete!! Materials left in the counselors office without an appointment will be returned to the student. Deadline to see your counselor: November 15th LIMIT: The counselors will submit Secondary School Reports to a maximum of7-10 private/out of state schools.
