Adoption benefits provided by employers have transformed the lives of many employees, allowing them to build their families while cultivating loyalty to their organizations. Blake Stepp adopted his wife’s son Hayden in 2011, receiving $1,500 in reimbursements from WellStar Health System. Families First Adoption benefits helped these employees build their families—and generated a strong sense of loyalty to their employers.
