  2. e-GOS (electronic-Government Ordering System) • Unique and easy to use system for developing, competing and managing requirements under the CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 small business government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs). • e-GOS is designed so that fair opportunity requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR Part 16) are met by completing and answering the questions within the system.
