How are federal financial aid programs interacting with state funds such as OTAG, Oklahoma’s Promise and institutional financial aid/tuition waiver programs in meeting students’ financial needs?

  11. Financial Aid Database What is the level of unmet need for students by institutional sector, student need level, academic preparation, or race/ethnicity? Howdoes the level of financial assistance provided impact student persistence? Are poorer students borrowing larger amounts than their richer counterparts?
