This report summarizes our trip to Bansko, Bulgaria from November 26th to 28th, 2006. Key activities included meetings with local estate agents, a recce of the town, and an assessment of both general and skiing infrastructure. Findings highlight Bansko as an expansive construction site with great potential for the future, offering a charming old town with affordable amenities. We recommend holding onto investments for at least three years to maximize growth, along with establishing protocols for usage. Future actions include another visit to finalize documentation.
