Baltic Challenges and Opportunities for Local Development Amid Climate Change: Transnational Seminar

The Baltic Sea Region Programme (2007–2013) hosted a transnational seminar on June 11-12, 2009, in Gävle, Sweden. Focusing on local and regional development opportunities generated by climate change, the seminar brought together project partners from various countries. Key topics included integrated solutions, vulnerability assessments, and sustainable development frameworks. The program featured presentations, discussions, and exercises aimed at enhancing adaptive capacities and assessing climate change impacts.
