Merchandising ZoneMarketplace • Prime real estate! • Use Gondolas, Tiered Tables and Slat Walls • Feature new, popular, best sellers and fast track • Themes should be fresh, exciting and changed frequently • Keep signage consistent • Should not include: community information, program information or book sale.
Collection Presentation Standards • Developed to ensure materials and collections presented in attractive and eye-catching manner • Developed based on research and best practices currently in use in other library systems. • Staff trained on CPS to ensure techniques consistently applied across all locations
