QPlate – Wireless Block Digestion Systems Wireless High Temperature Block Digestion system In order to attain enhanced reliability, improved productivity and to ensure safety with wireless computing connectivity the assistance of the ​QPlate ​is sort. The QPlate is designed with having in mind to ensure the safety of the analyst as well as to generate results with precision. QPlate Series There are different types of QPlates in order to suit different types of requirements. For the case of temperature till 230 degree Celsius Teflon coated graphite is used. In case of temperature above 230 degree Celsius and below 400 degree Celsius an Anodized Aluminium slabs are used. 40 x 23 x 7 inches overall dimensions are the standard size and heated work surface of 36 x 14 inches. Plates are also customized according to the clients’ specific requirements.

  2. Controller With the assistance of Android based OS Bluetooth that is widely used by all, the QPlate controller is designed. The touch screen is an added advancement to the system. The system seeks the assistance of the ​QBlock/ QPlat​e wireless application to offer the users a superior experience. It offers flexibility and allows controlling the operations from a safe place. The needless mess of high current cables can be eliminated by the assistance of wireless control of hot plate. The system can accommodate a total number of 8 plates at the same time. With the help of a single controller each plate can have its own desired temperature. Q-Interface The heating block holds the small sized Interface Box and it is positioned to the outer surface of the fume hood. The power to the heating block is applied after it obtains the digestion method data from the QBlock wireless controller.
