Community/Base Road Shows • Region partners help Base Personnel recruit on the road by selling community assets • Robins AFB recruits with great job opportunities…i.e. NASA Cape Canaveral Florida…the Robins Region Defense Community completes the package by educating potential workers on quality of life, education, housing, healthcare etc in the Region.

  4. What do Kids Want to be? • Fireman • Doctor • Policeman • Astronaut • Nurse • Teacher

  5. What do Kids think of Robins AFB? • Have to be a pilot • Have to paint planes • Have to turn widgets

Facts • The High School or college graduate today that goes to work at Robins will not be qualified for the new technology we will have in 2015. • Must Start Earlier than High School…earlier than Middle…It must be Elementary! • Robins AFB employees 26 thousand people…has a 4.1 Billion Dollar annual economic impact in GA.
