  3. Select a holder and the RJs you wish to produce letters for

  4. Select a State and the Holder you wish to produce letters for (new feature)

  5. Select the criteria for the letters to be produced

  6. Select the option to run the letters now or schedule them to run

  7. Letters will not be produced if they do not meet the requirements

  8. Letters are produced

  9. Check your history, undo letters

  10. Create a single letter

  11. Send a search letter based on your internal requirements

  12. Select the criteria that meets your internal requirements

  13. Scan returned letters

  14. Thank you for your participation
