  10. Home Support Routine Reminder on Weekly Reading Log: Check independent reading progress and sign log. Log onto Aeries together. View week’s entries. Adjust homework and study time involvement as needed. Organize backpack and binder. Restock.

  11. Home Support Monitor Absent Work: Have your child log into the blog prior to return if possible. Complete the planner and print off homework. Check Aeries to follow up with your child’s work submission.

Classwork Grammar: • Cornell notes on six week grammar focus • PowerPoint examples • Completion of class activities and grading with LCD projector Independent Reading: • 20 minutes a week + ESP 30 minutes • Daily updating of reading log Vocabulary: • Introduction of words • Workbook correction

  16. Homework Literature: • Text book questions (Restate question and answer in complete sentences.) • Reread story if desired. • Study Cornell Notes for Six Week focus Writing: • Re-read and revise paragraphs • Have an adult edit final typed draft • Make revisions on EDMODO and reprint

  17. Homework Independent Reading: • Minute reading outside of school (30-50) • Obtain reading log signature (Thursday-Sunday) Grammar: • Finish worksheets • Study Cornell notes • Review PowerPoints (as needed)
