The Center for the Advancement of Process Technology (CAPT) is a leading NSF ATE center in the U.S. dedicated to process technology education.   2. NSF ATE Center The Center for the Advancement of Process Technology (CAPT) is one of thirty-five Advanced Technological Education (ATE) centers in the United States. CAPT is the only center to focus on process technology education.
