This training guide covers the certification of documents pertinent to veterans' discharge and service records. Attendees, including training officers and support staff, will learn the protocols for certifying copies of original discharge documents, identifying fraudulent documents, and understanding the nuances of various forms (DD 214, DD 215). The session emphasizes the importance of accurate certification without endorsing falsified documents, alongside guidelines on acceptable certifications and potential red flags in service records.
