Pilot Overview SKILLSOFT SURVEY FINDINGS • 20 SkillSoft Courses Available • 218 users registered in group SkillSoft • 95 participants accessed one or more courses • 123 participants did not access one or more courses • 379 total courses accessed • 215 courses were completed in the specified time frame. • 83 evaluations received • Total Training Time: 29 days, 11:03:39

SKILLSOFT SURVEY FINDINGS • 250 user licenses purchased by STC • 218 user licenses sold by STC • 50% of total users who participate complete at least one course • Positive feedback on content with a >70% approval rating • Positive feedback on usability with a >70% approval rating • Positive feedback on technology-based training as a learning modality with a >70% approval rating • Positive feedback on how participants will apply what they learned to their job • Few or no technical issues • Level of support provided by vendor

Success Criteria Met and/or Exceeded Eva SKILLSOFT SURVEY FINDINGS Statistical results as related to measurable objectives set for this SkillSoft pilot program: • Positive feedback with a >70% approval rating Content:Actual Rating = 84% Usability: Actual Rating = 79% TBT Modality: Actual Rating = 78% • Positive results on effectiveness of instruction using the SkillPort reports: Average of scores among users who attempted pre vs. post testing more than doubled. And... • 88% rated that this course applicable to their jobs • 78% would use SkillSoft for learning in the future.
